Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. (OPC) was established in 1980 to provide professional services for clients with projects involving land and right of way acquisition, relocation assistance, project planning and management. Our organization has right of way experience on a multitude of transportation projects, including those implemented with a design-build delivery method. We are well versed in projects administered under FHWA, FTA, and DOT guidelines, policies and procedures. These strengths have resulted in OPC becoming the preferred real estate service provider for Transportation Authorities, Cities, Counties, Airports and Ports across the nation. Under our current contracts, we are performing a full complement of right of way services for grade separations, freeway and interchange improvements, tunnels, light rail, BRT projects, ports and transit centers.
